Conduct

We love the excitement and competitiveness that comes with multi-player mode gaming; however, NO running or jumping is permitted inside the game truck. Playing in an aggressive fashion that poses harm or makes others uncomfortable is also prohibited.  Playerz Haul Game Coaches are there to make sure your event runs smoothly. They expect all guests to follow instructions pertaining to the use of all equipment.

Supervision

Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied inside the game truck with an adult or older sibling.

 

Food/Drink

Food and drink must be left outside the video game truck.

Weapons

Playerz Haul prohibits weapons of any kind in our game truck.

Right to Refuse Service

Playerz Haul reserves the right to refuse to start a party or terminate a party if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guests and/or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, suspected intoxication or drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc.  Refunds for refused or terminated events will be considered on a case by case basis.

Game Content

Playerz Haul carries games rated from "E" to "Mature".  We will not showcase “M” rated or higher game content in the gaming lounge without a request from the client prior to the event or client approval at the time of the event.  Let us know if may wish to have an “M” rated game or higher when filling out the booking form.  Playerz Haul will contact you 48 hours prior to your booked date to go over the final touches to making your event special.

Playerz Haul is committed to protecting your privacy.  Personal information we collect on the Playerz Haul site is for booking purposes only. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
